About Me
I live in the East Bay Area of San Francisco in a perfect little hideaway with my husband, Zac, our dog Charlie, and our two kitties Winston & Cece.
I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Ministry from Cal Baptist University, am a Certified SYMBIS Pre-Marital Counselor, and am currently in the process of getting my doctorate from Western Theological Seminary in Spiritual Formation & Relational Neuroscience. I also serve as a Licensed Pastor at CrossWinds Church, which gives me the privilege of blending spiritual depth with evidence-based counseling.
What I Do (and Love)
There's nothing I love more than working one-on-one with people—helping them make sense of life's challenges and witnessing the transformation that happens when they discover their God-given strength. I offer a warm, grace-filled space where you can bring all of your questions, doubts, and struggles, and be met with compassion, not judgment.
Whether you're navigating challenges in your marriage, wrestling with your faith, breaking free from codependency, or dealing with anxiety and depression, I'm here to walk alongside you. As a couples counselor, I help partners reconnect and build the relationship they've been longing for. My approach blends Christian counseling with practical tools for boundary-setting and emotional health, always honoring where you are in your faith—even if that means questioning or wrestling with it.
I offer virtual sessions for individuals and couples, with a special focus on pre-marital counseling through the SYMBIS program, helping couples build a Christ-centered foundation for marriage.
I'm so lucky to get to do this for a living—and I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
